This wonderful accommodation is situated at the end of the interesting mission town of Suurbraak, a two hundred year old mission station in South Africa. Here time has stood still as the community still farms and ploughs the way that their forefathers did, using a horse drawn cart. Here is where people stop to chat and children play freely. And here is where you can refresh your soul.

Our delightful, cosy split level, tastefully furnished house, caters comfortably for seven. The beds we have are for adults and children. The main bedroom, situated downstairs has built in cupboards. The upstairs room has a double bed with an en suite toilet. The open plan sleeping area accommodates a single bed and the two fold out mattresses. This area leads to a huge deck with views of the Langeberg Mountain range.
Downstairs is the kitchen and scullery with ample appliances and utensils. There is a full bathroom and toilet. Outside boasts a braai area with a Dover stove, a boma with a fire pit, a nursery and a huge treed garden which includes an orchard. Off street parking for two cars on the property is available. All linen and bedding supplied.
The Cottage is a cosy two bedroom unit. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, two plate gas hob and a microwave. The lounge, leads onto a covered stoep with an braai area.
The bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with. It has a double door which opens onto the stoep with views of the mountain. Upstairs is a double bed and a study with stunning views of the Langeberg Mountain.
The front garden has a lawned area and a vegetable garden. The yard is an indigenous forest with little walkways.
Our cosy two sleeper studio is for the romantic and more adventurous. It is a work in progress and consists of an open plan kitchen and lounge with huge barn doors.
The bathroom contains a luxurious shower and toilet. The sleeping alcove, which is accessible by an inside ladder, only has a double mattress for two people. It is small, cosy and comfortable.
The outside stoep and braai area is perfect for star gazing. During summer, when the temperatures exceed 30 degrees, the outside shower under the trees provides a refreshing relief.

No Municipal water (rain water is harvested for general use and unfiltered brown water is used for ablution and irrigation.
